Trade Operations & Documentation Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Manage order processing for sourcing and sales; review, draft, and execute international trade contracts.
Review and prepare import/export documentation, and follow up on trade settlements.
Handle customer service and daily communications.
Manage and archive trade documents and records.
Interpret and apply relevant international trade policies and regulations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, English, or related fields.
Familiar with full sets of import/export shipping documents, Letters of Credit (L/C), and bank documents.
Hong Kong resident, with excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
Solid knowledge of international trade practices, rules, and procedures.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
Finance Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily financial accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting.
Manage company's Annual Return / Statutory Audit and tax compliance.
Coordinate with Group companies on treasury and fund management.
Implement financial management policies and internal control procedures.
Provide financial analysis and decision-making support.
Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
Hong Kong resident, with excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
Solid knowledge of accounting standards and the ability to independently handle full sets of accounts.
Proficient in accounting software and the MS Office suite.
